Vision of Placement Cell

The great vision our placement cell impregnates solely depends upon our continuous strive for the upliftment of students' satisfaction through proper placement. Our revered industrious members wholeheartedly and dedicatedly endeavour not only for the placement of students but also for their follow-up during the job to assess their job satisfaction. Together, with oneness, we strive to provide academic as well as occupational information and guide our students adequately to render inclusive service and make them self-sufficient according to their CV details.

Mission of Placement Cell

To cherish the vision, we continuously make efforts in organizing specific tasks to achieve our goals. We, the members, collaborate with different financial companies for recruitment at our esteemed institution campus by organizing online and offline seminars that encourage active participation of students. We also encourage our students to attend job fairs at CSJM University Kanpur, after filling out Google forms shared through our college telegram channel. In short, we admit our obligation towards student well-being as well as institutional welfare.

Our placement cell at DAV College has achieved many milestones. Within the past two years, 12 students have been placed in Tech Mahindra and other companies. This year, we plan to conduct both online and offline seminars for better job appointments for students.
