College administration has constituted the OBC cell to address the matters relating to Other Backward Classes (OBC) within the college premises. The Cell is committed to cater to the needs of such groups. The main objective of this redressal cell is to provide opportunities and a forum to register grievances and problems by students, teachers, and other non-teaching staff of the college belonging to OBC and their systematic and objective disposal. Every application, supported by sufficient evidence/document must be addressed to the College Principal.
OBC cell is an effective way of ensuring harmony among the community members of the college and creating a peaceful and progressive institutional environment. Redressal of grievances and registration of complaints in a democratic manner along with their judicious disposal, helps run the institution smoothly. The goal of the OBC Cell is to ensure harmony and cordial relationships among various stakeholders. Counseling service is also another important function of this cell to destress the stakeholders and enhance of positive climate and mutual trust.
