The hostel is hardly 1.5 kms away from the campus situated on a prime location at VIP Road adjacent to Green Park Stadium in Civil Lines, where more than 120 girls can be comfortably accommodated.

Residents live like a family here helping one another at the time of need. They are assisted by the hostel staff to make them feel at home. Hostel functions under the strict supervision of the college faculty/hostel warden and hostel superintendent whose first priority is security of the residents and healthy food.

Beyond its welcoming embrace, the hostel offers a spectrum of amenities that cater to residents' well-being and leisure.

• Rooms: Well-furnished, airy, and impeccably clean rooms, offered on a sharing basis, provide a comfortable place for rest and study. All the rooms have attached balconies and corridors.
• Mess: Residents' needs are well-served by a centrally located mess facility. Meals are prepared with care and hygiene, ensuring residents are adequately nourished and energized to tackle their daily endeavors.
• Dining Hall: The dining hall has a seating capacity of more than 100 persons.
• Toilet Blocks: Each story has well maintained, neat & clean toilet blocks with hygienic facilities.
• Drinking Water: Each story has a Water Cooler served by water purified.
• Lush: green two gardens & a park as well as a designated badminton court offer spaces for recreation, morning walk, yoga and other outdoor activities, promoting physical and mental well- being. For moments of shared entertainment and relaxation, a dedicated TV room serves as a communal hub for socialization and unwinding.
• A dormitory having capacity of 8 beds with attached washroom is available for visitors to stay on payment basis.
• Facilities like confectionery shop & tailoring work is also available on payment basis.

Rules and Instructions

Instructions for parents

• Only parents or local guardians will be allowed to visit the residents.
• Parents are well informed about admission rules, vigilance rules, outing rules, leave rules and mess rules at the time of admission. It's mandatory to follow all the rules to maintain the discipline.

Admission procedure

• Admission to hostel is on first come first serve basis.
• After having been admitted to college fill the hostel admission form offline on the same pattern as done for the college admission.
• The student must carry her passport size photograph, ID proof like Aadhar Card & College admission proof at the time of admission.
• Students are required to carry their original aadhar card along with them.
• Hostelers who found guilty of misconduct and indiscipline in the college/hostel will not be admitted to the hostel.

Allotment of Room

• Rooms will be allotted to the students by the office staff according to the plan prepared as per their respective classes and streams.
• Students admitted late will be allotted rooms as per availability. No preference shall be entertained in such cases.
• A resident cannot shift from the allotted room without the permission of the warden.
• The residents while leaving the hostel at the end of the academic year or in the mid session must have paid the fee before the securities are refunded.

Dress Code

• The students must enter the mess, dining hall or hostel office with proper attire.
• Residents should be properly dressed while going to the any of the above mention places.

Rules for Residents

Hostel timings

• Entry will be closed at 8.00 pm during summers and at 7.30 pm during winters respectively and no entry will be allowed after that without the permission of the warden.
• Due to some unavoidable circumstances late entries are permitted. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against habitual late comers.

Daily Attendance

• There will be an attendance every day in the evening. The residents must be present at that time.
• The names of the residents absenting themselves without permission for a fortnight or more may be struck off the rolls. Their rooms shall be taken over by the warden.
• Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the residents who is not following the rules of the hostel. It must be borne in mind that the warden make surprise checks even at very late hours. Late entries will be recorded at the gate. Action against habitual late comers will be taken. Any resident found misbehaving with the employees of the college will be liable to punishment.
• Absence from the hostel for the whole night without prior permission of the wardens is considered act of gross negligence and misconduct and will be dealt strictly.

Rules for Visitors

• Only parents or registered local guardian will be allowed to visit the hostel & cam meet in office only to their ward.
• In no case should a guest stay in resident's room at night. The visitor must leave before 7.00 pm.

Leave Rules

• The residents have to apply offline for leave a day before going home.
• A resident shall under all circumstances inform the warden about her absence from the hostel. She shall be required to enter leave in the register maintained for the purpose at the hostel gate.
• Lights must be switched off while going out of the room or before going to bed. Water taps must not be left open after taking bath or washing clothes. No one is allowed to use electrical appliances such as electric iron, heaters, coolers, immersion rods etc.
• Violation of these rules would entail a penalty and repair charges of electric wires.

Cash and Valuables

• The residents are advised not to keep much cash and other valuables in rooms.

Parking of Vehicles

• Appropriate space is provided for parking of cycles and two wheeler.
